The pandemic has driven a significant digital change in the way organisations work, and customers and stakeholders engage with them. For many organisations, remote working was already part of their playbook. But is that still fit for purpose? What are the opportunities we might be missing? Should we go back to first principles and re-design all hybrid practices to be human-centric?

About the host
Leanne Fry is a private sector and government digital leader, currently a senior executive responsible for leading Innovation and Technology Services for an Australian Federal Government Agency. She led the delivery of a world-first private-public partnership to combat money laundering and terrorism financing.
Leanne has over 25 years’ senior executive experience in both private and public sectors. Her experience spans legal practice, governance and compliance, ICT, strategy, project delivery, and communications roles within both Government and international listed organisations.
Leanne has led transformational change and delivered both capability and outcomes in complex environments, and has extensive experience in managing risk. She likes the challenge of developing high performing teams and leading creative approaches to opportunities and problem solving.
Leanne chaired the Public Sector Best Practices – Regulatory Frameworks and Implementation Committee at the Global Government Summit AI Roundtable in Dubai in 2018 and 2019. Her team was awarded a 2018 Public Sector Innovation Award for the inaugural ASEAN-Australia Codeathon, Australia’s first ever intelligence codeathon.
She is actively engaged in digital literacy initiatives through the Web Science community and has co-developed a series of workshops for Boards and executives on the ‘Digital Future’. She speaks frequently on the challenges of digital disruption and cyber security.
